Note on a Surprise Spring Visitor
Pearland (TX) Shadow Creek 2025 linebacker and Texas commit Anthony Williams is beginning to set spring unofficial visits to various programs he still has interest in. Williams is evaluating these options for potential official visits in the summer. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound prospect is eyeing a trip to Baylor this spring. He built a good relationship with Christian Robinson before he left to Alabama and has some good relationships with other staff members including Aaron Hunt. The next step for him is getting to know new linebackers coach Jamar Chaney which he hopes to do on this unofficial visit. This visit will be important as it will give the staff and Chaney an opportunity to secure an official visit from the high three-star prospect which would give the staff a chance to flip him from the Longhorns. His dad, Anthony Williams, started on the offensive line for Baylor from 1995-1997 under Head Coach Chuck Reedy. The other schools he is looking to visit this spring are TCU, Florida, and Texas A&M along with Texas of course. He finished his junior season with 30 tackles, four for loss, a sack, an interception, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. As a sophomore, The Texas District 23-6A Defensive Newcomer of the Year recorded 26 tackles, eight for loss, a sack, and a forced fumbles in just eight games. The 6-foot-4, 200-pound prospect holds offers from Arizona, Auburn, Cal, Florida, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Oregon, TCU, and Texas Tech among many others. His composite ranking places him right around an 88-overall prospect which is good enough for the No. 463rd recruit in the nation and the No. 77 prospect in Texas.https://www.hudl.com/video/3/15472387/65b2da262ab0d60f64921004

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
