Scott Drew starts his 18th season at the helm of the Baylor Bears.  Drew has 364 career wins at age 50.  If he keeps up the pace of the last 13 years (22 wins per year average), he has a shot at 800 career wins which only 4 active D1 coaches have accomplished.  After taking over a program in shambles in 2003, Drew has Baylor consistently winning.

Baylor has been ranked in the top 25 in 12 of the last 13 seasons.
