I don't know much about Bob Bicknell but he seems to be a good replacement for Lubick. Hard to replace Lubick's recruiting prowess though, hopefully Bicknell is decent recruiter.

Baylor set to hire NFL receiver coach Bob Bicknell
SicEm365 has confirmed reports that Baylor will hire former NFL wide receiver coach Bob Bicknell to the same role to replace Matt Lubick following his surprise departure last week.
With a coaching staff already chock-full of experience including 27 years of NFL experience, Bicknell brings another decade's worth of NFL experience including a season with Baylor co-offensive coordinator Jeff Nixon last season with the San Francisco 49ers
Bicknell also had a stint with the Philadelphia Eagles coaching the likes of wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin from 2013-15.
Before Bicknell started moved around the NFL circuit, coincidentally, he held a position at Temple coaching the offensive line in 2006. Of course, it was six years before Matt Rule came through town but both were hired by the same athletic director Bill Bradshaw.
For a program being scrutinized at every turn, Bicknell has experience dealing with emotional stress at Temple and finding who can handle the pressure.
Following Temple’s 20-game losing streak the seasons before arriving, regarding discipline, Bicknell said, “I know this is a team that's lost 20 straight, and we have no right to feel good heading into games. We have some really good kids on this team, but we have to decide, if we do go after them, who can take it and who can't."
Bicknell is also the son of famed Boston College coach Jack Bicknell who led the Golden Eagles to the 1984 Cotton Bowl led by Heisman winner Doug Flutie. Coaching runs through Bicknell’s blood.
