My favorite Stevie Rae Vaughn tune. There are lots of versions of it. My two favorite (and totally different) versions, are these. The first, SRV live at Carnegie Hall and the second one live with BB King and Albert King:
Carnegie Hall
Young Stevie with a couple of legends. It's all good. Albert King taking it at 2:30, the Paul Butterfield vocals at 3:15, and the, BB King joins in about 5;00. They're really jamming by about 5:55

True. But in fairness, it was Paul and John!Fat Daddy said:
Harrison was greatness... too bad Paul and John didn't let him contribute more!

You'll love it. Lots of great stuff on there. And Giles Martin did a great job on a lot of the remixes...I love the 2018 version of Long, Long, Long.forza orsi said:
I love this version. Raw and acoustic. I haven't heard it before. I need to check out the 50th anniversary edition. I still have my very worn vinyl version, but would love to hear the various takes on the fabulous stuff on one of my all time favorite albums.

My sisters listened to the Beatles so much, I usually don't want to hear anything from them. Sacrilege, I know.
But I do like While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

None whatsoever.

I've been listening to some old stuff from Jimmie Dale Gilmore lately. Another good old-time Texas musician, raised in Lubbock, now in Austin. A beautiful melody and I love Jimmie's distinctive voice.
