I really like Bryce Hall

Lynch should have stayed in school another year and tried to improve his draft position. Lot of marginal defensive ends and tackles going way ahead of him.

Gotta say, this has been a very impressive two day haul for Dallas. They actually did something that NFL teams keep saying they are going to do but never do, go for the BPA. Its alway BPA at a position of need

I think having a new coaching staff that simply told Jerry, get me the best players you can, I will coach them. No pressure like Garret telling him that we must have this or that.

McCarthy took a full year to analyze players, coaching staffs and styles. Nobody has ever done that in NFL history. All that was on his own dime too.

He called in his markers and brought in an excellent coaching staff. Jerry told him to choose who he wants, no demands on who he should keep. Yet McCarthy still kept a couple of guys that impressed him
