I did not notice until recently that kickoff is less than three months away. Frankly, I was not paying much attention--too busy with work and other things. So I'm starting a new thread weeks behind schedule and I'll get caught up as quickly as I can.

So here are the first few:

100 yard kickoff return for TD--by W Virginia in Waco 2015:

Yea, I don't want to celebrate the other team's score. But we won that game soundly, Corey Coleman had several great highlight reel plays, and I don't know of any recent 100 yard plays by Baylor (except Lynx Hawthorne's TD in 2014 called back on penalty).

Texas drives the ball 99 yards--and fumbles:

Zach Smith leads the Bears in a 99 yard drive for TD in the Cactus Bowl:

The best: Baylor drives the ball 99 yards for TD and clinching the 2016 win over Oklahoma State:

Baylor's 98 yard TD drive vs Oklahoma State in 2012:

Trevor Clemens-Valdez #98 TD vs. W Virginia in 2015:

Corey Coleman's 97 yard kickoff return for TD vs. Iowa State 2013:

Ira Lewis #97 sacks Texas QB in 2016:

96 yard TD drive v NW State, 2014:

Terance Ganaway's 89 TD run in the 2011 Alamo Bowl:

In the 2016 OSU game, the Pokes took 7 minutes to tie the game to start the 3rd quarter. Seth Russell answered in two plays & 50 seconds with an 89 yard TD pass to Chris Platt:

80 DAYS UNTIL KICKOFF:

Naturally, Baylor has lots of examples of 80 in recent years:

Tevin Reese had a 78 yard run in the Alamo Bowl:

The 2016 Texas game featured a 78 yard TD drive--the one in which the officials took a long time to proclaim the Texas defender did not target Seth Russell although it was pretty obvious he did:

I often wonder if the long delay to review that play was because someone had to check their Swiss bank account! Who are you going to believe, the Big 12 officials or your own lying eyes?

Without question (great Brilesism), one of the greatest, if not the greatest, 76 yard play was Lache Seastrunk's TD run on one good leg in the 2012 OSU game:

Baylor's 1st 3rd quarter TD drive in the 2011 TCU game went for 76 yards:

The 2013 Tech game included this 76 yard drive:

While technically not Baylor, I have to include RGIII's 76 yard run for the Redskins against Minnesota. Griffin is a Baylor alum and he was Rookie of the Year in 2012:

Heard Rhule one day that (paraphrasing) collectively Baylor nation has to stop looking backwards and move forward. With that in mind I am really tired at looking at what Briles did here, let's see what Rule highlights (lol) look like. We can't have it both ways, some of you want to bash/demomize CAB but are quick to bring up HIS success here. If you are with Rhuke be with Rhule and stop showing Briles success, Rhuke has to earn his own respect for Baylor. A lot of these kids committing now saw Baylor at its peak, in 3 years tops what Rhuke does successfully or successfully will be what those recruits know about Baylor. This is year 3 post Briles time to move on, get your own damn highlights

My goal is to highlight positive accomplishments on the field, not negative off the field issues. (Besides, the jury is still out on that mess--actually, only two juries heard those cases as far as I know; the rest were tried and convicted by the likes of espn, AAS, FWST, & DMN). You will notice that I include 1-2 Teaff era clips and I hope to add more. I will add some from last year when we get to the dates with the corresponding numbers.

I welcome anyone else who wants to posting videos, still photos, etc. that highlight what Baylor football players have done over the years--under any coach.

Hahahahahaha. How do you highlight a one win season? Win 2 the next year? I prefer looking back and realize we will never see that level of football again thanks to what we've seen the last two years.

2017 was a terrible season but there were plenty of examples of great players making great plays. These deserve acknowledgement and give reason for optimism that 2018 will be significantly better.

So my post wasn't meant to be a jab at you, it's meant for all the people that say move on. I for one thought Briles got hosed, but at the same time if people are going to villiafy him don't rely and live on his accomplishments. Part of "moving on" is getting your own highlights and axcomplishments
