Say what you want, but they got some pretty decent head coaches for the inaugural season.

Who?

Spurrier- good college, bad pro
Childress- barely over 500
Singletary- losing record
Erickson- losing pro record, good college
Neuheisel- average college coach
Martz- god nfl coach, one Super Bowl win
Lewis- first year head coach
Riley- bad nfl, average college, average cfl.



So I see one coach that is decent at the pro level. And that was 15+ years ago.....
