That'spretty good but OU averages 80+K at home games and this championship game is within driving distance for a good portion of their fan base. Seems like there should have been more than 60K.

65,161 official on the scoreboard

Baylor represented well.

That is how conf title games go. Just look at the pac 10 game last night.

OU fulled their side mostly, filled both end zones, and had an annoying amount of fans on the Baylor side. It was probably about 65% OU / 35% BU.

Many BU fans apparently believe that the bigger the stage, the more likely it is that we'll lose, so why show up?

Unfortunate psychology of sports fans.. the perceived likeliness of winning influences their willingness to purchase tickets and attend. There's probably a decent chunk of OU fans that wouldn't have gone to the game if OU was a two score dog.
