Not sure why we haven't interviewed him yet if he is the top target. Maybe that "interview" is making the official offer and having the acceptance after negotiations that are about done.

Virginia Tech is regressing and he no longer has Bud Foster to lean on. Their fans wouldn't shed a tear about losing him. This would be a terrible move.
