Sounds to me they already have evidence on aac tortious interference and believe that in the discovery process in litigation they will likely obtain evidence confirming the same as to sec and ut/ou. This whole thing could now be stalled out in litigation for years. And could get very ugly and costly for all involved.
Choice of venue for this suit will be interesting. Plenty of nice Baylor grads in federal court to choose from.

He deserves everything bad he gets in this thing. This is largely his fault.

No matter what, at this point I think the B12 as we know it is dead in the water, but if we can stick UT/OU and ESPN with collusion and make them pay I would love it.
