So, theoretically, could a player play one or two games for a different school into perpetuity as long as the NCAA approved it? Is there a limiting rule here?

You're limited to five years to play four typically. COVID basically made the 2020 season not count. So last year is Charlie's final season regardless.

Good Lord dude........there's a disconnect somewhere in that guy's head. Starting to seriously question his mental capacity, and his family and close advisers.
