Watch the previous 3 or 4 minutes from that mark...that guy on the left is a nervous wreck.

I actually feel for em.

Also its fun to listen to the volume difference the moment 'he didnt get in'.

Lots of silence (like another famous radio call from BU's past). But the roar of the Baylor crowd is incredible!

Yes. I had season tickets during the Steele years. I was in the stands at the UNLV game.

We lost the Big 12 Championship in overtime two years ago.

We lost to OU after giving up a huge lead.

We lost to Michigan State after giving up a huge lead.

I can't mock their pain.

I take it there were no Pistols Firing.

Gut wrenching - I'm impressed there were no F bombs b/c I probably would have.

That was entertaining! We need video of the Baylor crew stat!

Me too. We have definitely been there. Very hard as a big time fan waiting for so long to miss by that much.

I'm still glad we won of course. I just wish in had not have been in such a painful way for OSU.

I was impressed with their turn out and spirit. Met several of them at the hotel. I doubt we will be in contention next year with our roster losses (I said the same thing this year so what do I know). I hope they make it and win if we can't.

My appreciation for OSU died when the Big 12 was on the verge of splitting up. They couldn't latch on and leave the rest of us in the dust fast enough. I know we'd have done the same, but still.

And Gundy seemed to relish their ability to run it up on us during Briles' early years before we beat them in 2012.

amazing.. just wow !!! Those guys were speechless.. their listening audience must have felt left out in the cold.. they knew what must have happened or else there would have been massive celebration in the booth. but they were stunned.. Baylor shut them down from scoring 7 plays in a row.. Wow. just wow.. !!! yes !!!

That's painful to watch. I know exactly how they feel, and it isn't pleasant.

If they were OU or UT broadcasters, I wouldn't feel an ounce of empathy for them though Funny how that works

I was at both of those games & I still remember. But I also remember October 11, 2014; December 6, 2014; November 16, 2019 (at least the first half of that OU game was great, but I also remember the second half); a week later when Texas insisted on helping us beat them; & November 13, 2021 when I finally was in the stadium for a win over OU.

Gotta take the good with the bad.

I tried 3 times to listen and my old ears could not hear the broadcast so I plugged in the earphones and held them tight.

I come away with nothing but total respect for the OSU broadcast crew and their fans Orange Power.

The secondary announcer, John?, said OSU won a lot of close games and it goes both ways. So very true.

I have read all the posts on Orange Power and out of hundreds and hundreds of posts there were maybe two, three at the absolute most referring to rape. I had become so hardened from the Surly and OUsucks and ISUsucks boards yada yada yada.

If we can't win my hat goes with OSU in the future. The rest of them can go to hell.
