Does anyone know why Baylor records from the media guide differ from those that the NCAA has?
I looked up the year-by-year win/loss records for Baylor on the NCAA's website and compared them to the records in the Baylor media guide and there are several discrepancies.
1940-41, NCAA has 10-12 while Baylor has 11-11
1938-39, 14-7 vs 15-6
1927-28, 8-10 vs 9-9
1925-26, 8-7 vs 7-8
1922-23, 6-17 vs 7-16
1918-19, 2-9 vs 2-11
1914-15 1-9 vs 1-10

If anyone has any insight on these differences it would be greatly appreciated.
