I'm curious where 105 million stands relative to other newer arenas of the same size. Is that normal? High? Low?
I've heard rumblings it's on the low side, but I have no clue. I'd rather not see any fake brick banners, but I'm not paying for the thing.

Low but real estate costs are much lower than comparables.
