The 2019 TBT teams were announced recently and this year, there's a team with some former Baylor greats. The team "Loyalty is Love" is the top seed in their 8 team region and includes Isaiah Austin, Pierre Jackson, and Quincy Miller, along with former Baylor nemesis/OSU guard Markel Brown. Should be fun to see these guys play together again. Regional games will be from July 19-21, then the 8 regional winners will play for the championship Aug 1-6. Games aired on ESPN networks.

TBT regional rounds start tomorrow. Pierre Jackson and crew will be playing on ESPN3 at 4pm central tomorrow, followed by games at 3pm on Saturday (ESPN2) and 1pm on Sunday (ESPN) if they keep winning.
They should have a decent shot at winning the whole thing.

They win one more and they move on to Chicago. Tickets are so cheap and I can just about walk to the arena.

PJax not playing today (says broadcast crew). Cuz hurt. (Of course, he always gets hurt every time large U.S. audiences have a chance to see him -- typical PJax luck).
Apparently could play, but coach wants him to rest up. Which seems to indicate how LIL sees their odds of winning. Even though they are down 11-4 at the moment

They better play Pierre or there will be no "next game". Loyalty doesn't have the guards with Markel Brown being a late scratch and Pierre not playing

They're really missing Jackson today, he's their best player. Hopefully they can still advance. Miller playing a bit better today, he's just not quite explosive enough for his position. Zeke has a good overall game, one of their most reliable players. Really hoping he gets a shot in Euroleague or NBA in the next couple of years.

Terrible foul by DJO to end the quarter
Really nice surprise to see Zeke's offensive game improved from his BU days. Q Miller playing much better than he did yesterday (10 pt 3Q) with several rebounds and continued consistent shooting.

Awful foul. Only to be bailed out by the shooter missing 2 of 3 FTs. Huge missed opportunity for Ft. Wayne there to close the gap to 6 at the end of the quarter.Ashley Hodge said:

Zeke continues to amaze with the running mid-ranger. Pretty much true that there is just about nowhere on the court he can't score from these days.
