Well, he would be by far the highest rated PG Drew has ever landed out of high school (3 or 4 in country depending on ranking --- by comparison Gary Franklin, LJ, and Tweety a were around 18-20), so I think it would be a huge win to get him. Would make the best recruiting class in school history even better. If he is as good as advertised, maybe he gives you the dynamic scoring from the guard position that allows you to compete for Big 12 championship and a late tournament run. Would be a huge get in any case. You don't offer someone the day of your national championship parade unless you think there's a great chance he could help your team.

1 and done is sometimes difficult to predict, unless the recruit says something about it (maybe he did but I don't know) --- he's not a top-ten type that never stay more than a year.
