1. Reinstate the original interpretation of traveling to prevent the "step through move". The current interpretation is ridiculous.

2. Move the shot clock to 24 seconds. Speeds up the game, reduces the time defenders have to lock down [improving D], increases possessions, etc.

3. Automatic Technical foul when coaches step onto court during play. Coaches don't need to put on the court to yell instructions. No discretion for refs……step on court during play, you are T'ed.

4. Make the Harden lift an offensive foul.

5. Make flopping [offensive or defensive] a technical foul.

6. Make unusual movements to draw fouls a technical on O player [jumping sideways, jumping diagonally, funky shot motions, etc.].
