Anyone have insider information on Angel Reese? I watched her play a couple times last year and she would be a great addition. Good size at 6' 3". Very fluid scorer at 17ppg. Former #2 recruit out of high school. Has she visited campus?

The recruiting job that Nicki has done with the portal is nothing short of amazing!!!!
The 45 minute podcast Ashley did with CNC is a must listen. He asked about her being called a guard and CNC said she's a forward. Also said even though she has two years of eligibility she will almost certainly be in the WNBA after next season.

I don't think we could have asked for any better outcome than getting Blackwell AND Edwards. This team has the potential to be amazing. CNC deserves major props. Lyss and Blackwell obviously were close and that helped I'm sure as well. Still have to win the games on the court -- a roster is just a roster. But, these recent moves show that the BAYLOR name is still strong in the women's basketball world, despite what some nay-sayers claim.
I do think this attitude we see from a UT person is arrogance. They feel their #2 doesn't stink. We can take trophies for 20 years straight in wbb and they still think they are the top dog and that everyone else should be below them.
Agreed about UT fans. On the forum they are pretty snooty and unnecessarily disrespectful of any other program in the B12. I root for any team in the B12 during NCAA except for them, simply for the fact their fans are horrid.
They will get everything they deserve as soon as they start playing in the SEC.

U. Texas women have not won a regular season title since 2004 when they snared a share of it with K. State. Since 1997 they have won a whopping two regular season titles and one tournament title.
KM just beat the life out of them----and they know it.

I have to admit it is kind of funny. But we will see who's who. That will be decided on the court just as it has been over the last 20 years. Can't wait to see how that turns out with the new roster additions!
