It's a fan board get over yourself.
Then the name "Fan Board" needs to be changed - It has morphed into a group of so-called adults who trash 18, 19, 20 YO's - they are too small, this one can't shoot, this one can't pass, Too small to play defense. These "fans" are toxic wanabes who played HS basketball or maybe Church Rec League's and think they are all knowing basketball aficionados and think they have a right to trash anonymously young athletes just because they send a few $$$ a month to a board. It's not just WBB - it's practically every sport at BU.
These WBB play their heart out night after night - they fall behind and battle back to even or take back the lead. I would rather support this team regardless of W/L then a team that quits when they fall behind.
CNC or any coach is fair game but the athletes should be off limits - how would you feel if your daughter or son was playing and these "fan" comments were directed at her/him.
CNC does not need their advice any more than Kim did.
Use the PM feature to message amongst your likeminded "fans" in your own Kabal and let the true loyal fans have the board back !!

As for getting over myself - this has never been about me - shove your condescending post where the sun doesn't shine. I am not going away - someone needs to call out the haters who can't get over Kim is gone and happy at LSU. In three years LSU will make Kim's family financial future totally secure well into the foreseeable future. Something BU would never have been able to do. Celebrate that and be happy for her and move on.

My brother your stereotypical assumptions are way over the top. Please don't classify all "fans" with the same derogatory brush. Your post as presented betrays much bias. I appreciate your passion but please direct it fairly. Thanks. And God bless.

NIL notwithstanding these are young "student athletes". My disappointment comes when people comment on them as if they were professionals.

Well, it is a fan board to each his own! I wish I was better at going back to past posts and pulling things forward but I seem to remember that while we have agreed on several things WBB related over the years since you joined, we clashed a time or two when I felt you were a little too critical of Kim and or players and or results in big games...am I not remembering that right? playing time issues? I guess the point is am I not going to see any past posts of yours being critical of Baylor Admin, AD, Coaches, players since you joined? I don't really remember you as always being a sunshine pumper poster. I do know you are one of the few like me who spend the majority of our time on the topics of WBB and the Lady Bears ...so we are definitely familiar with each other. I think I been posting about two years longer than you, but you certainly are not a Johnny come lately...

Finances from BU to LSU not that different...I mean she was making over 2 million in salary here and she may have gotten a small bump and a few perks but her financial situation was set long ago.
Ya, we have clashed a couple of times. You may have more time on 365 then I have but I have been involved personally with BU WBB since 1972. Like I have previously posted I was an original member of the "dream team" for Olga Fallon.
We did have an exchange on how Kim handled DiDi. I have also commented on an after-game team meeting where I felt Kim was way out of line that you may have commented about without knowing the specifics of what happened.
Yes, I have been critical of Kim's decisions in several critical game losses. I do not recall ever blaming a player. Yes, playing time has been a sore spot with me on how Kim doled out minutes in blowouts. Like I posted Coach is fair game - kids are not.
We have also spared about your impression that I was anti Mulkey - Yes, I have stated emphatically that it was time for a change - I sure we disagreed on that. If you knew my history you would know that there was no way I was anti Mulkey and I will leave it at that.
I have not posted critical of Baylor Admin, AD since I joined. I have not posted anything about players that I have not said to their face. Yes, I have known most past players and know almost all currant players personally - some of them come out to my ranch to ride horses, ride ATV's, do some fishing and practice in my Gym during the summer or off times.
I am deficient in my command of English as I do not know what a sunshine pumper is. I think I have an idea.
I call it like I see it and that seems to offend a lot of people.

No, going to have to totally disagree with you on Kim's financial status - with her previous tenure at La Tech all Kim needs is 5 years at LSU and she hits a bonanza in retirement monies that far exceed anything that Baylor has an ability to give her. You are a researcher - look up what she is entitled to from the State of Louisiana - I was shocked. I am not talking set financially I am talking about her children, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren and beyond. No way Baylor could have given her that. So in a ironic twist of fate Mack and Linda actually did her a favor. She is rejuvenated, happy and looks better since she had Bells Paesley.

That amount would be an annual benefit of somewhere in the vicinity of $900K, if she completes 60 months of employment at LSU and if 100% of her contract income qualifies as creditable salary. It would also be dependent upon whether all of her first 10 years coaching at LaTech were fully creditable (whether she was considered a full-time staff assistant) and whether she was participating in LA's base teacher retirement system plan or its optional retirement plan. Further, if she withdrew her funds for rollover or other purposes at the time she left LaTech, the point is all moot and she would not be eligible for retirement benefits until she completed 10 years at LSU, and then would only receive approximately $450K at current contract levels. Or so I was told.

Iowa State 86, Oklahoma 78. Iowa State is now in First Place at 7-2 in the Big 12 and Oklahoma is Second at 6-3. Baylor is 5-3 and there are 5 teams packed together with 3 or less defeats. Plenty of time and games remaining.

Two nominee's ?? One for PG one for shooting guard !!??!! My goodness.
Talk about playing in a cream puff league.
Neither one could start for TCU let alone any top tier Big 12 Team.
