NC State loses by a sizable margin to Miami. Outside of South Carolina, everyone appears vulnerable this year. Parity is finally taking shape in WBB.
Two former Bears played against each other tonight--Jordan Oliver for Vanderbilt and Honesty Scott-Grayson for Auburn. Vandy won 53-50.
Vandy at 17-2 is remarkable. They won only 14 games last year. They'll cool off as the schedule gets tougher I'm sure. But their coach has to be in consideration for SEC coach of the year honors

She had to sit out a year after she transferred-- free one-time transfer wasn't allowed at that time-- and using her covid year. She was injured in a car wreck, but did play that year before and after.

It's been a good decade since they were a consistently ranked team.

When Melanie Balcomb coached there, I think. Stephanie White, who coaches in WNBA, followed her and did not have success. Utah up 21 on #6 USC mid 4th. Oregon down 14-0 1st q but playing even now with Stanford. If Oregon could somehow win, those 2 wins would strengthen our OOC wins against them.
Utah finishing well and up alot less than 1 minute left. Impressive without 3 main scorers. Pili is a beast.

Utah lead the whole game, but USC pulled close a few times. Pili took off and USC likely got gassed. Games at Utah, BYU, and CO are concerning due to altitude. Going up a day early not enough time to adjust.
Jackson for Kansas went out with an injury

Watching #10 ut vs unranked Sooners in Austin. OU has good height and one of the Joens sisters. Soonettes forcing TOs. They have a soph big in the middle giving Taylor Jones problems. They've hit 7 3s so far in first half. Leading by 10 with 2 min left in half.

I'd favor LSU if Smith was healthy. Losing her likely killed their repeat chances. It'll be a good game i imagine.
Utah is the only team that has stayed within 10 of S. Carolina. I'd be surprised if that changes tonight.
You may be right. But LSU is a better team than Utah. And it's at home. That place will be loud. I'd guess SC by like 4-6
