There will not be a 2-year penalty for graduate transfers playing basketball or football. So Coach Mulkey can continue to add grad transfers without having to lose scholarships. While I have some reservations about allowing athletes to transfer their last year, if it is allowed the NCAA shouldn't penalize the schools for giving scholarships to these individuals.
