Apparently, Chloe had a good preseason showing. There were some good players for the Sky sitting out, but looks like Chloe is getting some positive press. Sky, under new coach, trying to convert to more uptempo game, so her speed should help. She shot well. Coach points out what he would like for her to work on to improve. Go Chloe!

And apparently, Alexis Jones started and had a pretty good game for the Sparks. All preseason games, of course.

Chicago's Alaina Coates was traded today for a 2020 draft pick. It appears that event lowers the current Chicago roster to 15. That leaves only 3 cuts needed by this Thursday for the final roster of 12.

I think all the players on this list were pretty much locks on their respective teams, so they're making the cut wasn't really any surprise. They were either #1 picks or acquired by giving up trade value as in the case of Jones to LA. The Sparks are generally thin at the guard position this season. Although Gray was not there through the preseason due to overseas commitments.
