No doubt the entire Cal team was very frustrated by that one! That was a rip-roaring tremendously fun game. The Ferrell Center was rocking and loud!!slimecap said:Baylor fans remember Kristine AnigweMeladee said:

What made BG so mad?I couldn't tell watching this.
Most players have variances in their play throughout the season. In my observations of Sims in the WNBA led me to believe she was very streaky. She had her good streak early which got her an All Star Game spot. Her lesser streak hit late in the season. Streaks seem to be her and many other players usual patterns, although some more so than others. This last game was not an isolated occurrence. rather more reflective of her play the last couple of weeks. A player's shot is not going to drop every game. The worst part of Sims game against Seattle was her defense. The match ups were not good because their guards killed them. Sims is an excellent on the ball defender or as long as her assignment is in front of her. However, she has a real problem picking up her man on screens and switches. I suspect it's a peripheral vision issue. Seattle has very fast and quick guards who were shooting lights out which exacerbated that problem.TXtoCO said:
Odyssey laid a big egg in her last game. I've very surprised to see her have such a bad performance.
