A 2nd SEC opponent should be announced for the 2019 Big 12/SEC Women's Challenge. I have not read any news that the Challenge was discontinued.

Last year the Challenge matchups announcement was released on July 23.

hoping for a top 10 matchup or two at the Ferrell Center.

We sometimes play Stanford, sometimes not. Sometimes play Cal Berkeley, sometimes not, sometimes both. Sometimes UCLA. No real pattern, but it is good to play these Pac12 teams. They have had the most competitive power 5 conference internally recently, so lots of interesting teams as we saw with Arizona State. Last year the ACC may have had the strongest conference. It might be the Pac12 this upcoming season, we will see.
