One of the best Lady Bears to every wear the Green and Gold! Retiring her jersey is well deserved! I'll be there Sat evening for Lady Bear game and see Nina Davis. Sic'em Nina!

She was too small, had an awkward looking shot, was ranked too low by the experts. But like the bumblebee who by design should not be able to fly, Nina soared anyway. How deserving! I second this motion.

I've been a proponent of this ever since she graduated. When I think of basketball players of either gender at any level, there are a few who come to mind that I just loved to watch they way the played the game, and Nina is one of them.

Sic 'em, Nina! This recognition is well deserved.

Mulder has been taking a lot of shots at CKM tonight

Mulder used to post constant trash against the Lady Bears on BaylorFans.com. Was always praising Aston and various longhorn players. Seems to have converted(?) over to a Lady Bear fan now but still yearns for a Longhorn victory someday in the future.

Yeah Mulder-you clearly were mistaken. Kim heaped praise on Nina for years while she played. Perhaps you were listening to the Craig Way broadcast and missed Kim's post game when Nina played here.

Hard to believe she was never able to experience a Final Four during her time in Waco. She reminded me of Quincy Acy. They both showed that hustle beats height in the post.

Can't agree with this, I recall Baylor playing a game in or close to Nina's hometown and Nina scored a ton of point. The game gave her a chance to be showcased in front of friends and family. There was much praise for her from the coaches,
