I believe they're working on new transfer rules where if you transfer to your new school you won't have to sit out! If you transfer multiple times then you will have to sit out

The NCAA is considering allowing a student athlete to transfer once without sitting out a season. The possible requirements include being a student in good standing, not on suspension and making satisfactory progress toward graduating.

Again this is under review, both the ACC and the Big 10 Athletic Directors support this one time only change.

Since Tennessee appears to be losing some luster, what about Zay Green?

Duncanville grad who was McDonald's AA. Would be a traditional transfer, but a great pickup. If available.

Zay Green could be a great add. All SEC Freshman team but tore her ACL Nov 9 early in her Soph season and may not be full speed if she came aboard now. Might need to redshirt a season if interested. Not in Portal yet.

Absent extensive societal/political pressure [or court ruling], don't expect to see this item adopted in the near future. While the Power 5 conferences [who would be the recipients of a talent flow] are in favor of such an amendment, the other NCAA conferences [who would likely lose their best players as a matter of routine] are adamantly opposed to it. Good "go by" guides on the breakdown "for" vs. "against" the amendment are the votes taken by coaches associations [FB, MBB, WBB]. The votes aren't close.
