Great man. Great coach. I am very thankful for his time at BU- some of my best memories as a Baylor fan are from his time at Baylor Ballpark. It was time for Baylor and him to part ways when it happened but I'm very glad that he's found his way to another HC gig. Tennessee Tech is a very solid non-P5 program with a quite a bit of recent success that he can build on. Congrats and best of luck to Coach Smith.
