The Olympic Channel is showing live coverage now from 6-9 then nbcsn from 10-12. Drake U is hosting.

Kiana Horton qualified for today's semi in round one yesterday. Just now she ran 52.48 to finish fourth in her heat to advance to tomorrow's final! This is a nice accomplishment.

Wil London advanced out of round one and will run in the semi soon.

Wil ran 45.57 to finish 7th. This had to be one of the weakest 400 finals ever for a US championship due to the off year with no world championship or Olympics. I think only two pros were ahead of Wil and the rest are college runners. Most of the top US pros in the 400 elected not to run.

Watched both races. At least they were both in the finals of this meet.

Yep, yet they only showed the three big names at the top.

Lauren Hagens Paquette, who ran for BU years ago, finished 5th in the 5k and Maggie Montoyo was also in that race.
