On the win…
"It was a complete performance from top to bottom. I thought the guys came out and focused really well. I played with a lot of energy and had an outstanding performance in doubles that carried over into singles. Especially at two, four and six where we played with a great deal of discipline and dominated. The rest of the guys did what they needed to do to finish their matches strong. I was really impressed with Adrian Boitan. His opponent was a really strong player and can compete with anyone in the country. He hung in there and did a good job in the tiebreaker. He played some really good tennis. I'm happy with the guys. It's always good to come out and get a 7-0 win before going into a competitive match in Tempe, Arizona."
