President Joe Biden called out a recently deceased congresswoman in remarks at a hunger conference she helped organize, addressing the lawmaker as if she were still alive.

Biden in his remarks Wednesday at a conference on hunger thanked a bipartisan group of lawmakers who pushed the White House to organize the event, including many Democrats and Republicans including the late Republican Indiana Representative Jackie Walorski.

"Jackie, are you here? Where's Jackie? I think she was going to be here, Biden said.

His handlers claimed Walorski was "on his mind".

He sees dead people! Maybe that explains the mysterious handshakes with nobody after some of his speaking engagements.

81 million people. LOL!!!!!

Biden was showing clear signs of dementia even during the Dem primaries .

Which is why , of course , his handlers hid him out as much as possible.

Bizarre how some folks are only now asking such questions . Possibly because the old fool really does intend to run for a 2nd term....or at least when he is lucid enough to remember that he is POTUS.

Dem handlers might wish to ease him out...gently....... for a better candidate and are laying the ground work.

He wasn't fit for office any of the other times he ran, either. A seriously pedestrian politician now in advanced senescence.

Covered up? Not sure if that is true. Joe's dementia was evident to most everyone with a brain and a lick of common sense. It is the supposed 81 million people that concern me much more than Memory Care Joe.

Is it really a democracy if our representatives do not represent their constituents?

Men in women sports?
Billions to fund a war in Ukraine?
Open boarders?
Ending domestic production?

None of those have majority support but you know, democracy and all.

The White House sent her to represent the US at Abe's funeral in Japan. It could be the first funeral ever with, "No Laughing Please" signs in the lobby.

USA Today stretching farther than Simone Biles to paint this as a positive for Biden

Yet there's another way to look at this: Biden was trying to credit the late Indiana Republican Rep. Jackie Walorski a lawmaker who voted on Jan. 6, 2021, to object to his presidential victories in Arizona and Pennsylvania and who this March labeled his agenda "radical & reckless" for her good work on nutrition and hunger.

It's unfortunate that he made the mistake. At the same time, it demonstrated a generosity and professionalism that was also present in Biden's Tuesday conversation with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a frequent and harsh Biden critic, as Hurricane Ian bore down on his state.

If you care about your country and your rights, don't vote for any Republicans in 2022
The contrast with former President Donald Trump is glaring. If he intuited "a duty to care," he conveyed that strangely by, for instance, throwing paper towels at a crowd of Puerto Ricans in 2017 after the island had been devastated by Hurricane Maria.
"It showed such a lack of empathy," chef Jos Andrs told The Washington Post a year later. By then, he and his World Central Kitchen had served 3.6 million meals in Puerto Rico.

The short answer is no.

The longer answer is, no even back when he was sane he wasn't fit for office.

I've said since day one this will be the worst President in history with no competition.

Carter is closer to Lincoln, than Biden is to Carter. Biden is that bad.

Biden is easily the most brain damaged president since Woodrow Wilson .

Even more amazing is how almost everyone within his own party is fully aware of it…..yet say nothing .

by not saying anything, it allows him to take the blame and they are also probably afraid of cackles as well. We will see what happens after he passes the two-year mark where it doesn't affect her ability to run for president

Biden is definitely unfit, but that doesn't make Trump fit. Anyone who spends their time trying to destroy Americans' trust in democracy is unfit.
