Perhaps not, but it did out many Democrats and MSM as being pathological liars, cowards, adulterers and jackasses.
That is all true of Trump, but none of that was the scope of the investigation and none of that are impeachable offenses. Otherwise many people in DC would be out of work.

Midnight, no one outside of the Mueller team but Barr knows what the report says. Barr gave a 4 page Interpretation but that was not the report. The report needs to be made public. Essentially this is currently in the same state of the PH report at Baylor. Except there are more Regents who know what it said than there are folks outside of Mueller who know what this report says.

DOJ investigators are bound by very strict disclosure regs. So no, Mueller and his team are not at liberty to divulge any details of the investigation unless compelled to do so, by Congress for instance.
