3,700 on Monday alone.

And with the brilliant ideas of liberals and blocking congress all these illegals are just let go after 20 days or 8 hours on a bus. Could some of our liberal residents explain where these people are supposed to just show up and live?

The Waco population is around 140,000. That means in a month and a half you could double the size of Waco with illegals being let go into the U.S. How can the country sustain this? Not just housing, how about food, clothes medical, school, etc. Liberals are destroying our country and they don't even care as long as it gets them a few illegal votes in the future.

Leftists will ignore, deflect and deny these numbers .

Or even better...'just keep the good ones'.

As if ANY agency could possibly keep track of and process 100,000 individuals per month .

And if the border was wide open ....the bizarre ' let the market decide '.....

the numbers would be triple this .

You know when Obama's former DHS Secretary admits we are in a crisis at the border it's bad.

Remember last month this mayor said there was not a crisis at his border, a month later there is and he's asking the govt for help.

Because some folks are willing ( for others ) to pay any price to permanently alter the political power structure in this country .

Most of them have an extremely limited perception of what is at risk.

This is what you get with a ****ed up immigration system. Markets don't get into crisis, they adjust for supply and demand. But triggered authoritarians gonna melt.

Anybody on board with the president's "close the border" plan? Hope your replacement fuel pump is already on this side...

How do we take in, process, setup social security numbers, verify, and get every single illegal or person wanting to be a citizen without taxing the crap out of our middle class and flooding our infrastructure?

You're looking at packed hospitals, mass government assistance, teachers burdened by too many students etc. All those things effect current citizens and our future.

The US market simply cannot adjust to 1000-4000 new people coming into the country every single day without dropping trillions. Hell, I don't even think we have enough capable or willing people who could handle that process thoroughly.

We need to check each individual for spreadable third world diseases, their history, whether they have cartel affiliation, sex trafficking etc. Almost everyone trying to get through at the border is practically homeless to start out with: they have nothing.

I mean I get where you're coming from: my home builder said they had a shortage of about 35k framers just in the north Texas area. But lets look at this realistically.

It's not like America's height of mass immigration where you basically were offered a piece of land where you farmed on. That ain't happening.

I think people have a bad habit of placing their ideal scenarios and utopia's above the reality of the situation.

Example: I was talking to a UK friend who is proud of and loves the NHS government healthcare system. I asked him how long he has to wait for healthcare and it was ridiculous. Like months to get an MRI!

I told him I could get an injury looked and with an MRI within a few days in the States and he was shocked. Of course it costs more here...but when you look at how much he's being taxed, it really wasn't much different

In America, a government run healthcare system would be like going to the DMV in in a packed city. Waiting in line for 5 hours just to fill out a form. See a doctor in a few months. It would be a disaster.

In my mind, society/government should run on troubleshooting: Does this socialist idea work or not? Does this capitalist idea work or not? Let's compare results and see what direction we need to go in. Nowhere in the world do we do that. It's all puppet masters trying to get their money/power.

Simply put....there are all kinds of people in this world.

Some are so dangerously stupid it is astonishing. Makes you wonder how some get by. And of course some don't which is why their over riding priority is for the government to take care of them .

To hell with others, the country or even next week....they just want that handout .

Jury duty was my first eye opener .....and now it's some of my tenants . So incredibly self destructive ....yet it's always somebody's else's fault .

Silly questions .....it will all just smooth itself out. No expenses to the American taxpayer whatsoever. Who needs the government interfering ?

Millions of unemployed, barely literate illegals wandering through the US . What could possibly go wrong ?

I don't understand you guys. The plumbing is fuxxored, water running everywhere, and you want to know what to do with the water.

Your solution is to build a dam.

I say fix the ****ing plumbing, let the pipes take the water where it is needed.

Why do hate capitalism??

For clarification, you believe 100,000 arrests at the border isn't a crisis? Do you believe that Trump made up or manufactured 100,000 arrests?

Your analogy is lousy.

First of all, you still didn't address what to do with all the water and the major flooding problem that's still in your hands, not to mention the cost.

Secondly, the problem isn't your broken plumbing- what's happening is that illegal pipes are being built into your property without your permission, flooding you with water you didn't ask for, you can't control the flow of, and you didn't examine and test for safety.

If you want to fix that plumbing, then I'll agree if it involves installing a U-bend in those illegal pipes, sending the water back to where it came from.

Thirdly, I don't know what the heck capitalism has to do with this. Water service is a utility. It isn't privatized.

I'd say nice try, but it really wasn't.

You can't be this naive. Even Obama's guys are saying it's a crisis. And now CNN is too. It has been for over a year now. This is one thing you can't play politics with but that's exactly what Dems are doing because they know if they do what's right Trump will use it as a huge victory and they can't have that.
