Everyone who believes in man made global warming is pretty much a flat earther. So, yeah, most Democrats.

Saw one scientist speaking to a group of scientists imploring them not to treat flat earthers with ridicule. His point was that flat earthers generally have questioning minds, that's how many came their position in the first place. They will design experiments to test their hypothesis. He said just hit them with science, it's not only effective it's respectful.

Lulz. Some of you could find politics in a ham sandwich. It's really quite unbelievable.

But while we're playing, it actually appears the crazy flat-earthers are evenly distributed across the political board with Republicans getting the slight nod.

Most sources however show Republicans are far more likely to believe in conspiracy theories.

Funny, huh?

Why do you hate Jews and Muslims with your ham sandwich comment. I'm requesting a permanent-ban for you.

On the topic of the thread... I can't believe the rising number of people who are starting to believe the flat earth theory. They watch a YouTube video and become believers. Many of them seem fairly intelligent but i guess the scale of the earth, it being spherical, space, etc is too large for them to think and understand about.

Father in law never believed the nazi death camps existed . Claimed the British and American videos of them were staged .

Met a few people over the years who believed each of the moon landings were fake. Produced on a Hollywood sound stage .

Met a guy in Sedona a couple of years ago who thought the moon landings were a fake. But, he was living in Sedona, so it goes with the territory I guess. He was especially in tune with the energy vortexes there.

Arctic ice is and has been on the decline, and it appears will continue to shrink for the foreseeable future. The Russians are jumping at the opportunity for territorial expansion and development of natural resources, and it appears we're going to concede it to them.

More of an overstatement than an outright lie. Arctic ice is shrinking, and Russia is all over it.

Once upon a time the Northwest Passage was a much sought after but non-existent thing. Today, not so much. And Russia, with its huge Arctic border, stands to gain the most. Making a Greenland offer a good idea.
