Which of these are from the alt-right, and which are from the alt-left?

Quote:

1. "We need to be explicitly anti-capitalist. There's no other way forward for our movement."

2. "I support national health care....we have duties to our fellow people."

3. "I actually really like this idea [of guaranteed minimum income]. We need to have a kind of altruism. We need to be willing to take care of people and not simply think of ourselves as individuals who can acquire as much wealth as possible."

4. "We need to reduce taxes on the Apple Corporation that is sitting on $200 billion? They just don't have enough money? Stupid, Reaganite nostalgia."

5. "Everything [is] corporatized and capitalized. Everything is empty and fake. One of the great struggles that everyone has in this corporate neoliberal world is for meaning in their life."

6. "I think when we think about abortion we often think of these careerist women who otherwise would be part of families but are instead having abortion out of pure selfishness and greed. The fact is that it isn't like that."

7. "The most popular propaganda line for the pro-life movement is about 'black genocide,' how this is 'destroying black communities' and indeed is a racist plot by Margaret Sanger and so on....We actually have to think about an issue like abortion in a complicated manner, something that that issue deserves."

8. "We want to be a movement about families, about life in a deep sense, not just about 'rights' but truly great life, and greatness, and beautiful, flourishing, productive families."

I just assume every anti-capitalism/anti-market quote these days is from Tucker Carlson.

60% of the time it works every time.

What are you defining as alt-right and alt-left? I think of Richard Spencer and other white nationalists as "alt-right", and I guess the closest thing to "alt-left" would be Antifa?

Edit: Using my definitions

1. Alt-right
2. Alt-right
3. Alt-right
4. Alt-right
5. Alt-right
6. Alt-right
7. Alt-right
8. Alt-right

I've seen #3 discussed on Libertarian sites. The comment threads go nuts.
“Life, liberty, and property do not exist because men have made laws. On the contrary, it was the fact that life, liberty, and property existed beforehand that caused men to make laws in the first place.” (The Law, p.6) Frederic Bastiat

Why are you posting Richard Spencer quotes?

The alt-Right looks nearly identical to the alt-left.

So that people who don't know they're Richard Spencer quotes can guess whether they're from the right or the left.

Edit: This was not sarcasm.

Richard Bertrand Spencer (born 1978) is an American neo-Nazi and white supremacist. He is president of the National Policy Institute (NPI), a white supremacist think tank, as well as Washington Summit Publishers. Spencer rejects the labels white supremacist and neo-Nazi, considers himself a white nationalist, a white identitarian, and the equivalent of a "Zionist" for white people.Spencer created the term "alt-right", which he considers a movement based on "white identity".

The radical left believes their ideology is supreme and they want to force it on others.

The radical right believes their ideology is supreme and they want to force it on others.

They both share the same economic views: state/government controlled lives to force their idea of equity. One is hell bent on race, the other is hell bent on unlimited inclusion and hatred of white Christians.

The radical left is a much larger threat: They control most of media, all of academia, humanities and have engaged in thought policing since the 60's.

Democrats are afraid to criticize the radical left.

#1 and #5 in the OP are from other white supremacists who associate with Spencer. The rest are from Spencer himself.

Both of them always blame someone else. It's never personal responsibility for either side.

The radical left thinks its systemic oppression, the radical right thinks it's race bringing them down.

Neither believe their own advancement in life is a result of their own actions.

some unrepentant neo-arbysist*.

Knowing the source #1 makes perfect sense now. In capitalism people vote with their dollars and white supremacists cannot compete in the marketplace of ideas. Or goods and services.

Anybody know why Tucker Carlson has lost faith in capitalism? Weird.
