Remember when impeachment talks started over the tan suit? Oh wait. The democrats were so thin skinned over even the most minor criticisms or critiques of Obama. They served as good distractions for the real corruption that was being swept under the rug though!

Just missing the days when the "tan suit" was what was offensive about the president.

I try (not always successfully) not to get caught up in the daily gossip of the president. I thought the tan suit and other outrages by the right were stupid, but I also think many of the outrages against the current president are stupid. I'm more concerned about policy, which there is plenty of things to be critical of the current president about.

When it's time. Rather than going down rabbit holes, Republicans should use the time the have to question the deposed witnesses that are coming before the House investigative committees. This is an impeachment inquiry whether you cons acknowledge it or not.

Dems don't want to give the minority ( Republican) members of the committees subpoena power that a formal impeachment procedure would require .

In addition too many Dems know an impeachment vote would damage their re election chances back home .

You clowns just want to give the appearance.

No guts .

Bring it .

Why do you care about subpoenas when it's clear the Trump administration doesn't?

So far, Democrats have sent at least nine subpoenas to the administration, requesting testimony and documents as part of their inquiry. So far, the Trump administration hasn't complied with any of them and several deadlines are looming next week.

Republicans argue that their rights are restricted and not on level ground with Democrats -- and stress that even then-Republican Speaker Newt Gingrich wrote rules to grant Democrats the power to subpoena during the Clinton saga.
(MORE: Whistleblower's lawyers say their client never worked for any political candidate)
The GOP minority does not have subpoena power, much to their chagrin, although Republicans changed the playbook in 2015 when they rewrote rules delegating subpoena power to individual chairmen without full approval from the House of Representatives.
Democrats reaffirmed that process earlier this year, adopting impeachment rules that including granting their chairmen the right to issue subpoenas unilaterally.

So, do you find Trumpty Dumpty's language acceptable from a president? Did you see Steve King and cable news critical of it?

I don't watch TV news and wasn't aware of Tangate, but I think it makes about as much sense as the scandals surrounding Trump now.

I will say that if Trevor Noah is trying to pass it off as Obama's worst offense, he's way funnier than I gave him credit for.

I'm asking a question. Would you rather a president who wears a tan suit or one who lies and curses like a sailor in public?

Would you lie your 12 year old come home and say "Joey is missing the teachers ass?" Or would you rather he wore a tan suit to church?

Me? If I had a son, I'd rather he be like Obama. I'd rather he be a good father. Love his wife. Be educated and thoughtful.

Knowing you? It's what you'd rather, too.

If the money is used for border defense .....of course .

Local Dems mocked Trump for allowing DC Dems to stop funding for wall construction.

Then Dems are mad when Trump finds the funds anyway ....and resumes building the wall. Federal court approved .

And the wall IS getting built and is already making a positive impact .

Points ....major points for the orange haired fat man .

When it's time. Rather than going down rabbit holes, Republicans should use the time the have to question the deposed witnesses that are coming before the House investigative committees. This is an impeachment inquiry whether you cons acknowledge it or not.

Mueller was a nothing-burger, the call transcript demonstrated no quid pro quo, and faceless deep state bureaucrats crying about getting fired or a shift in their foreign policy under anonymous circumstances are not reasons for overturning an election through impeachment.

I can honesty say I've never used the word "dumpty" in my life. I'm embarrassed for you that you think it is an acceptable word to use as a grown adult.

You've never mentioned this guy ONCE in your life? And you're embarrassed for me?

Not in an adult conversation, no. If someone said that while we were having an adult conversation or debate, i would laugh in their face. Seriously, what the fck? And what's really crazy is if someone on the right attacked someone on the left because of their looks, they would be immediately attacked for being a misogynist or racist or some other ist. And one may attempt to make the argument that Trump is a jerk so he deserves it, but i would say why stoop to that level? But whatever. Keep saying Trumpty Dumpty if it makes you feel better. Lmfao
