FARA violations most likely, possibly campaign finance violations depending on how connected he is to Parnas and Furman's dealings. Those two were working for Dmitry Firtash, it wouldn't surprise me if Rudy was too. Giuliani also has some dealings in Romania that I bet are getting looked at. Small chance he gets jailed by Congress for resisting subpoenas.

I know better than to guarantee anything involving criminal prosecution, especially one with this much heat on it. That said, hauling a Congressman before a Grand Jury considering charges against Giuliani ain't nothing. Giuliani's lawyer withdrew from representing him today too, which in my experience is rarely a sign that smooth waters are ahead.

IMO Rudy is a swamp creature. But unlike most, he is one that is loyal to Trump. I looked into him when he was in the running for Sec of State and wound up thinking "no thanks." At the time, he had all sorts of things going on that resemble Clinton Foundation dealings. With that said, all this latest stuff going on is likely getting brought up to get him off of Biden's (and maybe ultimately Obama's) scent.

Listen, I'm not sure that paying off a porn star with illegal campaign funds is actually enough to remove a president. I'm really not. But the fact of the matter is if he weren't the POTUS he would absolutely be in jail next to Cohen. The only reason he isn't is because the DOJ won't indict a sitting president. That's congress's job. And Nancy decided it wasn't worth the political risk to impeach over that so she and I kind of agree there.

I said the same thing about Hillary and her emails. If it were anyone else they'd be in jail. The only thing keeping Trump out of jail right now is the fact that he's the president.
