Another day in Trump land where a wink and a head nod is given to a devoted base of white nationalists.
This will be a continuing issue. Some of the graduate foreign students (especially Chinese) are a threat to our national security. The Universities like the tuition money flowing into their schools, but we need to limit the number of mainland Chinese foreign students.
With respect to the non Chinese students. this is a tough issue to deal with but the Covid pandemic has caused other problems too. We just need to deal with them.
