No. You see people send their kids into isolation like they did during WWII air raids in London or summer camps in the Catskills in the 50s. You may see them sent off to elderly relatives in rural areas. Quarantine just the kids, and you essentially quarantine adults too for 2/3 of households. It's a sequencing issue.

They wouldn't have died at those rates because they would have been quarantined from the normally functioning general population, working to support them. The rich would hire tutors or create sequestered boarding schools and summer camps....every analog the old should have done.
