He is after all the reason we have Joe & Kamala.

He is no longer relevant and if the Republicans keep trying to prop him up, the further and further behind the Socialist party they get.

TEXIT is the only answer to breaking free of the cesspool in DC.!

Yes. The Left and the mainstream news media want to keep him relevant to fracture the Republican Party in 2024. They are his biggest cheerleaders. This is actually a pretty good game plan for the Dems.

Although I would love to see it, I don't think Texit will happen in our lifetimes. Especially with all the new Democrat voters flooding across the southern Texas border with no end in sight.

I voted for Trump twice but think I am done with him. He did some good things as President but is EXTREMELY polarizing. He makes half the country psychotic and bat**** crazy.

Funny, I have not heard from Trump or seen him anywhere since he left office.

Guess it depends on where you get your canned Pravda.

It is not Trump's fault. They just manifest when he is around or given air time.

The Dems don't need to keep him relevant to fracture the party. Mitt Romney already does that.

And Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema can save this country. Romney is finished.

Honestly haven't heard much from him since Twitter banned him. It has been very refreshing. He ended up being the biggest cancer to the conservative movement in decades. And the competition for that title is fierce.

Hope he enjoys his McDonalds and golf for his remaining years and we never hear from him again.

Not gonna happen as he is about to start his rallies again. But a guy can dream. Sigh.

Everyone who creates a Twitter account agrees to the same rules. Trump was given an enormous amount of rope.

That's not fascism.

Yeah, those rules.... Seem to be enforced in a rather arbitrary and capricious fashion. It is fascist. It is their private property and they can be as fascistic as they want.

Wow. Can you give me your definition of a fascist? I cant find a definition that applies to an owner making decisions about his private company. It sounds more like capitalism to me.

Sure it's capitalism... but it's still facist-ishy. It would be less so if they applied the terms of service equally across their "platform"

I was taught that fascism is pretty much the opposite of capitalism What is the difference between fascism and capitalism?

Capitalism is an economic system in which the means to create wealth are privately controlled, as opposed to being owned by the state. Capitalists lament government interference in industry. ... Fascism is an ultra-right-wing political system in which the state exercises complete control over economics and society

So fascists are the ones claiming Twitter is a public utility (you know, like electricity, gas, water and sewage).

The reason to claim its a public utility is so the government can seize and control a privately owned company. They want to steal the fruits of an individual or group's labor and demand use of their property. Talk about entitlement....

The behavior of Twitter is still very reminiscent of fascism. Attempting to shut down and purge news (they don't like) from it's network, to the silencing of people (they don't agree with), not applying the same terms of service equally across the board, etc...

It's fascist-ishy, Simple as that.

Not here to argue if they have a legal right to do as they wish on the platform, but let's be honest; their behavior would even make hitler proud.

Look, you can be a dick and still be legally right, and still be a dick.

A company could be legally right to patrol their "platform" as the see fit. That doesn't mean their behavior can't be that of a fascist.

the reason to call it a public utility is because that's what it is, and it has manifestly abused its de facto monopolist position in the market for political purposes without disclosing such to the FEC.

And you were not well taught about fascism, by the way. It is a form of socialism in which government allows private ownership of property but uses regulation and outright executive order to direct economic activity to fit political imperatives. Sorta like the Democrats are doing in this country now with all the temporary universal basic income legislation (called "stimulus") and all the energy oriented legislation (sometimes called "infrastructure") that will touch every aspect of society.
