To answer your earlier question ........in my opinion such executive orders violate Articles 9 and 10 of the Bill of Rights .

Another point I believe many people are missing.......this mandate is impacting employees ALREADY hired .
Which is a far different than imposing new rules for prospective employees. As a life long former employer ....I have no problem with any requirement for NEW employees.

If the government mandate's loss in court is a foregone conclusion ........it was a cynically dishonest action on the part of the Biden administration to begin with . And tens of thousands of hard working people will be adversely affected.

What about Abbott mandate profiting masks & Michigan governor mandating them? Both are emergency decrees mandating action of public schools. In both cases it seems like the local governments are better situated to make those decisions.

Many employers were coerced into their employee mandates because they were sub contractors on various work projects of the federal government .

Son # 2 is probably going to lose his corporate management position by the end of the year because he won't get vaccinated. A talented computer analyst ( they just gave him a 10k bonus ) he has stacks of cash in the bank and in all likelihood would enjoy the time off.

Most people don't have such circumstances .

Again, change the rules for NEW employees......don't have a problem with it .

Established employees should be 'grandfathered'.
