Title is "How Baylor steered Lower-income Parents to Debt they Couldn't Afford."

Why does Baylor continually screw up over and over and over.............

Wonder how long the moderators will allow this post to stay up too?

This was already posted, and nobody replied. It's ridiculous, Baylor cost. A hit piece, yes, but warranted imo.

Of course there can't be anything wrong with the federal 'Parents Plus' loan program. Perhaps the parameters of who qualifies and at what repayment rate & other terms should be investigated. Neither Baylor or any other university created the tuition loan program.....they are simply the ones implementing it according to the guidelines established by the Department of Education.

The US Dept of Education has not educated a single student. The Federal government needs to get out of the education business. They have provided funding to help many schools but that funding has often had strings attached that increases the overall cost of education. I am for eliminating the Dept of Education

Does anyone have access to this article? It's behind a paywall. I'm interested in the details.

WSJ headlines and BU go together like chocolate and peanut butter. Wonder if there will be a response from BU.
