Note on Top 50 Prospect
La Grange 2023 defensive back Bravion Rogers decommitted from Texas A&M late last night as many are speculating that LSU has taken a lead in his recruitment. While that might be the case, Baylor is squarely in the race for one of the top cornerbacks in the nation.I am expecting the 5-foot-10, 185-pound prospect to take a visit to Baylor this Fall as he has continued to build relationships with the Baylor staff following his unofficial visit for Junior Day back in January. He finished his junior season with 27 tackles, six pass breakups, and two interceptions while also adding over 1,300 total yards and 21 touchdowns on just 114 offensive touches. The high four-star prospect is essentially a consensus top 50 player in the 2023 class as he holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Michigan, LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Texas among others. If he were to commit and sign with Baylor he would be the fourth highest ranked composite player in Baylor recruiting history and by far the highest cornerback. As far as on the field, Rogers would be the crown jewel on the defensive side of the ball in this class and one of the most impactful prospects the staff could have landed. It is tough to land elite CB's so this would be a massive development. This recruitment has a ways to go but Baylor is in it and Rogers will be a name to keep an eye on this Fall as the staff tries to close the 2023 class strong.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.
