His hope is that Spring ball will bring attention from some in-state programs.Of Baylor, Morgan said "Waco is home. Both of my parents are from Waco. They both grew up there. I'm always going down there back to work out whenever I can. It would be a good fit for me to go back to Baylor."CB Starrland Baldwin (Cypress Falls) will be in Waco on Saturday, April 1st. Baldwin holds offers from Arizona, Iowa State, Kansas, Oklahoma, and TCU, along with a handful of non-P5 programs. Of his upcoming visit to Baylor, Baldwin had this to say: "I'm looking forward to meeting the staff, building a good relationship with them, and keeping in touch with them. Making good impressions.""I've been to Baylor before with my brother and I loved it, so hopefully the second time is better."On his recruitment as it currently stands: "My recruiting process is open. The 6-foot-4 prospect holds offers from several of the country's biggest programs, but he says that five schools are sticking out the most for him currently."Baylor, TCU, LSU, Oklahoma State, and Oregon. Those are sticking out to me for the most part right now. I'm also looking at Wisconsin and Auburn."On what he's looking at in all programs recruiting him:"The way they are running their offense and the education at those schools.
