2020 Recruiting Notes
-2020 ATH/DB Jahari Rogers (Arlington) told me that Baylor is locked in his top 3. As long as the staff keeps treating him the way they have been he told me the Bears will be there to the end. Oklahoma and Texas Tech will be by to see him soon and an offer could come. He is a priority for the staff.-2020 CB Jaylon Jones (Steele) is pretty much locked in for his five official visits and it does not look like Baylor will get one. I think it will be Texas, Texas A&M, Florida, Purdue, and Arkansas. I would think this means Baylor has some guys ahead of him as priorities at the corner position. I am thinking a few would be Jahari Rogers , Korie Black, and Myles Slusher .-The running back position is going to get very interesting for the Bears in the 2020 class. Lots of guys that are high on the board for Baylor but finding out who THE guy is will be tough. Tre Bradford, Seth McGowan , Jaden Hullaby and Ty Jordan are some of the names that appear to be rising on the board to go along with long shot Zach Evans. Another name to watch at running back is Devon Achane out of Fort Bend Marshall. He does not have a Baylor offer yet but I believe one will come soon.-2020 LB Jaylan Ford (Frisco Lonestar) looked great at camp and I know Baylor is still evaluating him. I will have notes on his performance later today but I think being his first offer could be especially big for him. I talked to him for a little while yesterday and he seems like he is getting antsy to get his 1st offer. He told me he is measuring 6'2, 205 right now but will be working on adding weight this summer, his ideal weight would be 220. He is playing MLB at his school.2020 WR/RB Will Nixon (Midway) is starting to receive lots of attention and he will be taking quite a few visits. Duke, TCU, SMU, North Texas, and Tulsa will all get a visit from Nixon at some point it looks like. He will be trying to make a decision by early summer if not sooner. It will be interesting to watch him this year because he is probably going to have to play running back this year despite being a wide receiver at the next level. He measured 5'10.5, 178 and had a very good showing at the NLA camp and I will post more on that later.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
