2021 Recruiting Names to Watch
I posted this in another thread but I have been getting quite a few questions about 2021 guys so thought I would go ahead and post this on the board. There are plenty of guys who have been on campus and been getting lots of attention from Baylor. I'll go through and mention some of the top ones. There are more but this is a good list of guys that Baylor has been in for a while and almost all have visited at some point. Again this is just a preliminary list as camps and film will bring new offers and priorities.QBKaidon Salter Eli Stowers RBDarius Hale Camar Wheaton Jordan Jenkins WRBlaine Green Bryson Green Ketron Jackson James BlackStrain Oronde Gadsden II TEWeston Wolff OLBennett Pitcher Reuben Fatheree Matthew Wykoff Jack Tucker DLJordon Thomas Shemar Turner Dametrious Crownover Chris Murray E'maurion Banks Albert Regis D'Marion Alexander Tunmise Adeleye LBKendrick Blackshire Rejhan Tatum Marsel McDuffie CBAJ Green Mark Wilson Keuan Parker SJardin Gilbert

Late night recruiting note
-I talked to one of my Florida sources to see what he could tell me about Jaden Gragg. He was the only one of the guys from Florida he had seen in person or even heard about. He saw him in 7 on 7 before his junior season and was not impressed at all. He got "owned" by another Florida kid who has a Baylor offer and one of my favorite 2021 wide receivers, James BlackStrain. When this matchup occurred BlackStrain was heading into his freshman year. Gragg seems to have improved a ton since then so I would take this with a grain of salt. I will post his sophomore hudl and senior hudl so y'all can see the improvement. -Now back to BlackStrain. I heard Baylor is his number one right now. This kid will easily be in the ESPNJr300 when they are released and I think he will be a big time 4-star receiver when it is all said and done. This Baylor staff has done an incredible job building relationships and digging roots into Florida. The Baylor brand is starting to really resonate in the area. If Baylor keeps landing a prospect or two a year from there then the pipeline will keep growing.-BlackStrain goes to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy with a high priority 2019 Baylor target, Seth Coleman. Coleman will be on his official visit this weekend and he is "excited" about it. He has a very high ceiling.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a SicEm365 rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the SicEm365 Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide SicEm365 readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Baylor and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Baylor and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
