This will save the Big 12. Perhaps not as the Big 12 but will their teams into one of the Super conferences that will eventually dump the NCAA and end up controling college athetics. At the least It might assure Baylors future as a major college power. Even if there is no merger it would set up the system that would bring the top football teams from the Big 12 into the Pac 12.
