Recruiting Notes: Bears offer talented local WR plus new transfer to watch

Baylor became the first school to offer Lorena (TX) High School 2024 wide receiver Jadon Porter‍  following an unofficial visit this weekend.

“It’s a dream come true,” he said. “Both Bell brothers made me feel welcomed today. I really enjoyed my visit. Ever since I was 5 Baylor was my dream school.”

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound prospect piled on 1,265 yards and 13 touchdowns on 58 receptions to go along with 198 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
