WACO, Texas – The No. 2 Baylor men’s tennis team is primed for its home-opening doubleheader against Abilene Christian at 11 a.m. and Boise State at 4 p.m. on Monday, both set to be played at the Hurd Tennis Center.

The match with ACU was previously postponed and will now open the doubleheader day.

The Bears are 2-0 going into Monday’s matches after sweeping Creighton 7-0 and dropping only one point in the win over Nebraska, 6-1.

Baylor is 25-1 all-time in home openers, dating back to 1996.

No. 48th-ranked Sven Lah comes into the day needing just two doubles wins to reach 100 career victories. The senior is also closing in on 100 career singles wins, needing just nine more. Lah and Finn Bass make up the 18th-ranked duo in the nation and won both their doubles matches in Nebraska at the No. 1 position.

Multiple BU players had their first career wins in the green and gold in the first week of play, including Jacob Brumm, Cole Gromley and Juan Pablo Grassi Mazzuchi. They also found doubles wins, Grassi Mazzuchi teaming up with Matias Soto to win both their doubles matches in the No. 2 slot. Adrian Boitan, Lah, Bass and Mazzuchi each won both of their singles matches.

Both matches on Monday will be livestreamed on PlaySight and can be viewed here. Live scoring will also be available at this link. A full recap and final statistics can be found on BaylorBears.com after the conclusion of play.

Following Monday’s doubleheader, the Bears host William & Mary, Clemson and Miami for ITA Kickoff Weekend on Jan. 30-31.

If you're gonna post tennis stuff on the football forum, at least tell us who won.

OK, thank you Dr. Google, here you go:

With three returning All-Americans joined by four transfers and three freshmen on a 12-man roster, Michael Woodson knows he has some tough decisions to make with his second-ranked Baylor men's tennis team.
In Monday's home-opening matches at the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center, Woodson used eight different players in the singles lineup and five doubles combinations in the Bears' 7-0 sweeps of ACU and Boise State.
"I think guys are starting to figure it out," said Woodson, whose team improved to 4-0. "We're starting to see we have more options than we thought even a couple weeks ago. So, I like where we're headed. I think we're going to have some tough decisions to make, both in singles and doubles. But, I think we're moving in the right direction, and we're going to learn over the next few weeks what we're made of."
Coming off 7-0 and 6-1 wins over Creighton and Nebraska, respectively, Baylor dropped just one set in Monday's doubleheader sweep, but did have to pull out three tiebreakers.
