In part one SicEm365's S11 looked at how Matt Rhule and Phil Snow's Temple Owls fared statistically over the 2015 and 2016 seasons and in part two the series covered the personnel and fronts.  In this next installment of the series we will take a look at the coverages and overall tactics that the new staff will likely use.

Dating back to when Phil Bennett was hired in 2011, Baylor has been a match-quarters team defensively that had a few basic quarters coverages with a handful of variations built on each one. It was relatively simple but allowed players to master it somewhat quickly.
