Kind of weird that Dave was wearing a button down shirt and no BU logo on it. Maybe reading to much into that

I credit him for acknowledging that winning is important. That's in opposition to his actions on and off the field but maybe he's had an epiphany.

Looks unmotivated and broken like our team.

How is he able to keep getting in front of people?

I can think of about 3,800,000 reasons.

Person over player is great. It really is. The problem is akin to starting a business and declaring you're going to help change the community and use your business to serve others and really make a difference. It sounds great, but none of it is possible if you don't make money. You have to be able to stay in business.

So it is with football coaches. I get it. You have a chance to really impact the players at a personal level and they should. But you have to be an employed to do that. And to be employed, you have to win games. Period. You have to win games.

Dear Lord, I hate the name "Bluebonnet Battle". Was this Linda's idea too?
